It is our policy not to accept exchanges or returns unless related directly to non-conformity with your order or defective and/or damaged products. Previous wearing or normal wear does not constitute a defective product. Our goal is to respond promptly and satisfy all of your needs. If you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt by sending a picture of the damaged product via email. We will work to provide you with a replacement order upon receiving the damaged product or provide you with a store credit. Because our items are handmade a replacement may not be available therefore we would certainly provide you with a store credit. The Brazilian Depot does not refund return shipping cost. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We guarantee most of our items are natural products; therefore the exact item pictured is a singular product. The image shown may be a representation of the product you are purchasing, however they are all similar products, but may vary slightly in individual properties, color and aspect. Keep in mind that these pieces are all handmade and may have slight variations.
